On June 6, I had the distinct honor and privilege to speak with Sylvia Day, author of the Crossfire Series, and gain insight into the acclaimed series, as well as her thoughts on fictional romance and her new series releasing this fall.
As if you didn’t already know, I am a professed Gideon angel and lover of all things Gideon Cross. The Crossfire Series by Sylvia Day is one of my favorite series and holds one of my favorite fictional couples. Sylvia Day said it best when she stated that we can’t even be jealous of Eva, because Gideon and Eva together are perfection. I’m not quite ready for this couple’s story to end, and their story isn’t over, as Sylvia Day expressed in the author’s note at the end of Entwined with You.
“Yes, dear reader, you’re right. This can’t possibly be the end.
Gideon and Eva’s journey isn’t quite finished yet. I look forward to seeing where they’ll take us next.”
As do I, Sylvia. I look forward to the next two installments and will be ready to dive into the world of Crossfire once again.
